摘要
文中从经济学角度分析了高耗能产业引资效应问题,揭示河北省高耗能产业引资的动态效果,修正传统的引资效应误区,为我省引资和产业政策提供有价值的参考。
From the view of economics this paper analys the problem of effects of attracting FDI in high energy consuming industries. It opens out the dynamic effects of attracting FDI in hebei high energy consuming industries and correct the misconstruction about traditional attracting FDI effects in order to offer valuable referrence for our attracting FDI and industrial policies.
