摘要
大学生相对于其他群体而言,虽然不是弱势群体,但由于社会工作、生活经验等不足,在就业时遭受种种歧视,致使他们丧失了很多就业机会,因而不能分享应得的社会资源和利益,这就在客观上造成了他们与其他群体间交流、互动的隔阂,难以达成和谐状态。立足于和谐社会的构建,政府部门应转换职能,实施积极的政策引导,打破原来人才市场条条框框的限制,给用人单位和大学生创造一个宽松的、公平竞争的市场环境。
University students are though not the disadvantaged group as to other ones,their social work,experience of life,etc.are insufficient,which make them suffer all sorts of discrimination in employment and cause them to lose a lot of employment opportunities,thus they can not share deserved social resources and interests,which causes the estrangement of exchange and interaction objectively,it is difficult to reach the harmonious state.Based on the construction of the harmonious society,the government department should change the function,implement positive policy guide to break the restriction(for instance,cancel and enter the index,register permanent residence index and limit etc.)of the rules and regulations of talents market and create a loose,fair marketing environment for the employing unit and university students.
