摘要
介绍了子结构模态综合技术,并以整车振动分析子结构模态综合技术应用的实例,说明建立子结构模型及整车模型进行汽车结构振动分析的流程,此计算过程有效降低了求解规模和计算成本,并以采用和不采用子结构模态综合法的计算结果对比说明了该技术对缩减整车模型的适用性和准确性。
Component modal synthesis (CMS) technique is described. One related application at whole vehicle noise vibration field is introduced,and also the procedure of how to build the whole vehicle model by using this technique is introduced. Verified by the computation result between adopting this technique or not, CMS is regarded as an effective and cost decreasing tool for structure borne vibration study at whole vehicle level.
