摘要
啤酒发酵过程中对发酵罐温度的控制是影响啤酒质量的重要环节.在分析影响罐温的三个规律后,提出了一种应用在啤酒发酵温度控制中的基于专家经验的模糊控制方案,借助Matlab的模糊逻辑工具箱和Simulink仿真工具箱设计模糊控制器并对其进行仿真,仿真结果表明了该方法的有效性和正确性.
It is a critical factor of temperature in the process of beer-fermenting control that affects the quality of the beer. On the basis of analyzing the key reasons of affecting beer-fermenting, beer-fermenting control with fuzzy control technology is advanced. It is designed by the fuzzy logic toolbox of Matlab and emulated by the Simulink toolbox of Matlab, which makes the design and simulation of beer-fermenting fuzzy control system be vividly and conveniently, the results of simulation show that the method is effective and correct.
