摘要
介绍了一种基于热敏电阻的发光二极管(LED)热阻测量方法。将微小尺寸热敏电阻植入LED内部,通过测量热敏电阻的阻值,计算得到发光二极管管芯结温和热阻。对铜材料支架和铁材料支架的LED热阻进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:铜材料支架5 LED的热阻为214.6℃/W,铁材料支架5LED的热阻为305.8℃/W,其中铜支架热阻为585℃/W,铁支架的热阻为3 128.3℃/W,而环氧树脂的热阻为338.9℃/W。
A kind of LED thermal resistance measuring method based on the thermistor is introduced. Through packaging the micro-dimension thermistors on lead frame and measuring the resistance of the thermistors, the junction temperature and thermal resistance of LED were calculated. 45 LED thermal resistance of the copper and iron lead frame are 214. 6 ℃/W and 305.8 ℃/W. Comparison analysis of the LED thermal resistance of copper lead frame with iron lead frame shows that the copper, iron and epoxy resin branch thermal resistance are 585 ℃/W, 3 128.3 ℃/W and 338.9 ℃/W, respectively.
