摘要 采用功率型发光二极管(LED)器件研制了大尺寸液晶电视用的高亮度背光源,其中20英寸(1英寸等于2.54厘米)的样品采用1 W大功率器件,侧入式的耦合方式;30英寸的样品采用0.5 W的器件,直下式的耦合方式。测试了样品的性能,并与原有的冷阴极管(CCFL)背光源进行了分析比较,结果表明在LED器件目前的发光效率下,LED背光源已比CCFL背光源省电;但在价格方面,CCFL背光源还有比较大的优势。 High bright backlight for big size LCD-TV using high power LED is developed. 1W high power LED with side-type is used for 20-inch sample and 0.5 W power LED with directtype for 30-inch sample. The samples" performances were tested, analyzed, and compared with original CCFL backlight. The results show that the LED backlight module is more expansive but lower power consumption compared with CCFL backlight module.
