摘要
钻井在线气体检测系统主要用于钻井现场的烃类气体分析和油气评价,传统的检测方法存在分析速度慢,检测精度低的缺点。为此,设计了一种新型在线油气检测系统。根据快速色谱分析原理,提出了提高分析速度的方法;在数据采集方面,通过量程切换和采用高精度的A/D转换有效地提高了气体检测采集精度。系统最小检测精度达到了1×10-6μL/L,检测周期从传统的4min缩短到0.5min。现场应用证明,整个系统实现了检测的快速化、高精度以及评价智能化。
The continuous monitoring of hydrocarbon gases in drilling fluids at the surface is essential for identification of prospective reservoir zones as well as for safety reasons. The current methods of gas monitoring have major drawbacks in the speed and accuracy. To tackle that weakness, a new kind of system is developed based on fast Gas Chromatograph(Fast GC). By means of optimizing the parameters of column, the analysis period is shortened to 30 s. In order to promote the accuracy, the amplifier auto-switch combined with high resolution ADC is applied in data acquisition. The span of detection is from 1×10-6 to 100%. The test results show that the system can quickly and accurately analyze the gas in the mud and has excellent practical application.
