摘要
基于热弹塑性蠕变理论,考虑材料性能随温度的变化,导出热弹塑性蠕变问题的增量本构方程。采用有限元数值计算方法,建立了手孔-封头-筒体类压力容器壳体结构蠕变变形的计算模型,并进行了数值模拟试验。通过试验分析,给出容器服役时相关6个部位的位移和应力,得到服役10万h后容器筒体薄弱处的最大蠕应变为0.4013,指出对严重蠕变变形部位应注意重点监控。
Based on the theory of thermo-elastic-plastic creep,and in consideration of the change of material properties with temperature, the incremental original equations of thermo-elastic-plastic creep are deduced. By using the calculation formulas of finite element method, the calculation model for creep deformation of shell structure has been established. At the same time, the numerical simulation of concern specific pressure vessels are tested, the stress and displacement state of the vessels are obtained, and the cause of the vessels deformation is discussed. And it may be referred by engineering design department.
