摘要 教师的课程能力指在课程这一特定领域,课程实施者(主要指教师)把课程意识转化为课程行为的过程中所表现出来的个性心理特质,这种个性心理特质的表现过程是通过课程资源(包括教科书和其它教育资源)这个媒介,把课程意识转化课程行为的过程。教师课程能力包括教师课程开发能力、教师课程实施能力和教师课程评价能力。教师对课程的驾控能力是关乎课程改革成败的关键所在。培养和发展教师对课程的驾控能力要尽可能从教师课程意识的提高;教师主体性和能动性的充分发挥;教师评价体系的改善和教师课程能力发展支撑性体系的构建四个方面入手。 The teacher' s curriculum ability is the mental traits during the course of the executor of curriculum, for the most part of the teacher, converting the curriculum consciousness into curriculum action in the certain curriculum area. This traits' expression process are mainly resort to curriculum source ---- including textbooks and other educational resource. And the teacher' s curriculum ability is mainly composed of the teacher' s curriculum exploitation ability, the teacher' s curriculum implement ability and the teacher' s curriculum eval- uation ability. The teacher' s curriculum master ability will be a great significance to the reformation of curricu- lum. After all, the cultivation and development the teacher' s curriculum master ability as far as possible depend on the improvement of their curriculum consciousness, their subjectivity and initiative, their oerfeetion in the system of teacher' s valuation and the construction of supports systems in the teacher' s curriculum ability.
