摘要
目的:检测了解枸杞子药材的有关成分,比较各产地药材的异同,便于进行质量控制。方法:取不同产地的枸杞子以乙醇提取后,进行气相色谱质谱(GCMS)分析,对比各药材的总离子流图,分析各组成组分。结果:认为其总离子流图大致相同,可作为定性的依据;但亦存在不同之处,各组分及相对百分含量不尽相同,共鉴定出22种化合物。主要成分为脂肪酸、糖醛、β谷甾醇等。结论:分析鉴定结果可作为枸杞子药材的初步定性依据,并在此基础上收集大量谱图,建立起较完整的谱库。
OBJECTIVE: To analyse and compare the components of Fructus Lycii for its quality control or identification. METHODS: The alcohol soluble components of Fructus Lycii from different sources were analysed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC MS). Their total ion chromatography(TIC) was analyed and compared. RESULTS: The results showed that the base components are fat acids, furfural and some stigmastenol. Twenty two compounds were identifited in all. Their total ion chromatographies were similar, but there was a little difference in TIC and the relative percent contents. CONCLUSION: TIC may be used in identification of Fructus Lycii and to more chromatogrums and spectra for the building of the data bank of Fructus Lycii.
