金沸草的显微鉴别研究

Microscopical identification of Inula herbs

目的：寻找中药金沸草在一些地区的习用品湖北旋覆花（Ｉｎｕｌａｈｕｐｅｈｅｎｓｉｓ）与水朝阳旋覆花（Ｉ．ｈｅｌｉａｎｔｈｕｓａｑｕａｔｉｃａ）的显微鉴别特征。方法：对上述两种金沸草进行显微鉴别研究。结果与结论：详细描述了两种金沸草的显微特征并提供墨线图，编写了我国作为金沸草使用的５种旋覆花属植物的茎和叶显微鉴别检索表。

OBJECTIVE: To search for the microscopical characters of Inula hupehensis and I. helianthus aquatica used as traditional Chinese drug Jinfeicao in some districts of China. METHODS: Microscopical identification was carried out on the stems and leaves of above two species. RESULTS and CONCLUSION: The microscopical characteristics of two Inula herbs including stems and leaves were described in detail and illustrated with line drawings. A key for microscopical identification of 5 Inula herbs named Jinfeicao in traditional Chinese medicine was also presented.
