Present Situation Analysis of Capital Account Liberalization,Financial Development and Financial Instability in China

本文针对中国资本账户开放及金融现状进行分析。结论提示,目前,中国资本账户的开放步伐会渐进加速;中国的金融发展程度在逐渐提高的大背景下,这几年会出现一定程度的回调;中国金融体系中存在着大量的不稳定因素,从2002年开始,金融稳定状况开始出现一定程度的恶化,但目前发生系统性金融危机的可能性还较小。

We will take into consideration the present situations of capital account liberalization, financial development and financial instability in China. The results show that the capital account liberalization in China is speeding up gradually. The financial development in China is going down recent years under the circumstances of gradual improvement. There exist a lot of instability factors in China＇ s financial system. Since 2002, financial stability in China has become somewhat unsatisfactory, but the probability of financial crisis is rare.
