谈中国古典舞的美学特征与基础训练

On the Aesthetic Characteristics and Basic Training of China's Classic Dance

中国古典舞具有明显的表现特征:一是回旋、圆转的体势;二是把人体美和服饰美融为一体以表现造型美和情态美;三是在舞蹈动作的内在心动中体现和谐与协调之美。中国古典舞的基础训练主要应从柔韧、能力、重心和平衡以及用力的方法方面进行专业的、系统的训练,基本技术技巧应主要从旋转、翻身、跳跃方面进行训练。

China＇ s classic dance has obvious characteristics of cxpression： the fast is the whirling and turning body posture; the second is the expression of the beauty of shape and the beauty of mood which merge together the beauty of human body and the beauty of clothes; the third is the expression of harmony and coordination in the inner desire and enthusiasm present in the dance. The basic training of China＇ s classic dance should include the professional and systematic training of the methods of flexibility, ability, centre of gravity, balance and strength, and the training of basic technicl skills include the methods of whirling, rolling and leaping.
