中学英语教师职业倦怠因素调查及对策

A Factor Analysis of English Teacher's Burnout in Middle Schools and Its Solutions

教师职业倦怠作为职业压力的一种对教师专业发展起着消极的作用。以中学英语教师为被试，采用问卷调查方法考察英语教师的职业倦怠状况和影响因素。研究发现中学英语教师的职业倦怠情况并不十分的严重。在英语学科中，男教师职业倦怠程度略低于女教师；年龄在40～49岁教师职业倦怠相对严重；职称与是否获奖是影响教师职业倦怠的重要因素；所在学校是否重点以及学段对教师职业倦怠没有明显的影响。最后，根据调查状况分析，提出相应的对策。

Teachers burnout, as one type of professional stress, plays a negative role in teacher＇s professional development . This study examines tile bumout among English teachers and the relating factors with Maslach Burnout Inventory （ MBI ） . The results shews that （ 1 ） English teacher＇s burnout in middle school is not serious on the whole （2） the burnout of male English teacher appears kind of better than that of female English teacher. （ 3） the English teachers aged 40 - 49 get significantly higher scores on the MBI than others . （4） the qualification and prizes awarded to English teachers serve as. most important factors. （ 5 ） the level of school and the schooling stages are not closely associated with teacher＇s burnout . Finally the corresponding solutions are proposed.
