摘要
教师职业倦怠作为职业压力的一种对教师专业发展起着消极的作用。以中学英语教师为被试,采用问卷调查方法考察英语教师的职业倦怠状况和影响因素。研究发现中学英语教师的职业倦怠情况并不十分的严重。在英语学科中,男教师职业倦怠程度略低于女教师;年龄在40~49岁教师职业倦怠相对严重;职称与是否获奖是影响教师职业倦怠的重要因素;所在学校是否重点以及学段对教师职业倦怠没有明显的影响。最后,根据调查状况分析,提出相应的对策。
Teachers burnout, as one type of professional stress, plays a negative role in teacher's professional development . This study examines tile bumout among English teachers and the relating factors with Maslach Burnout Inventory ( MBI ) . The results shews that ( 1 ) English teacher's burnout in middle school is not serious on the whole (2) the burnout of male English teacher appears kind of better than that of female English teacher. ( 3) the English teachers aged 40 - 49 get significantly higher scores on the MBI than others . (4) the qualification and prizes awarded to English teachers serve as. most important factors. ( 5 ) the level of school and the schooling stages are not closely associated with teacher's burnout . Finally the corresponding solutions are proposed.
