摘要
母液Ⅱ加卤水和硫酸铵在温度80℃,n(NaCl)/n[(NH4):SO4]=2.0的条件下反应,再加热浓缩至物料密度为1.30g/cm^3~1.35g/cm^3后析出Na2SO4晶体,经分离、洗涤、干燥后得无水硫酸钠产品。分离硫酸钠后的母液Ⅰ冷至30℃~25℃,析出NH4Cl晶体,经分离、NH4C1溶液洗涤、干燥后得氯化铵产品。分离NH4Cl后的母液Ⅱ在补充卤水和硫酸铵后开始新一轮循环。
Brine and ammonium sulphate were added to mother liquor( Ⅱ ). They reacted on each other under the temperature of 80 ℃, and the mole ratio of NaCl and ( NH4 ) 2SO4 was 20. The solution was heated and concentracted until the material density was between 1.30g/cm^3 and 1. 35g/cm^3 , so the crystal Na2SO4 was separated out. Then the anhydrous sodium sulfate is obtained after separating,wahsing and drying. Mother liquor( Ⅰ ) after separating Na2SO4 was cooled to between 30℃ and 25℃,so the crystal NHaCl was separated out. Then the product( NHaCl) can be ob tained after separating, washing and drying. At last, a new circle restarted after adding brine and (NH4 )2SO4 to mother liquor( Ⅱ )without NHaCl.
