天然自身抗体在清除凋亡细胞中的作用研究

摘要 凋亡每时每刻都在发生,对凋亡细胞的清除是免疫系统的基本功能,其中天然抗体发挥了重要的作用。天然抗体可以通过Fab部分结合凋亡细胞表面的LPC,LPC由PLA2水解凋亡细胞膜表面的PC形成。这种抗原抗体的结合可以激活补体C1q,进一步激活经典补体激活途径,于是补体C3b/bi在凋亡细胞表面沉积。巨噬细胞表面的CR3和CR4两个补体受体可以结合C3b/bi,完成对凋亡细胞的吞噬。所以天然抗体参与了凋亡细胞的吞噬,在避免凋亡细胞导致的自身免疫疾病的发生中可能具有重要的作用。 Apoptosis is happening all the time.The clearance of apoptotic cells is a basic function of immune system,among which natural autoantibodies play an important role.Natural antoantibody can combine LPC on the surface of apoptotic cells by Fab,which results from hydrolysis of PC on the surface of apoptotic cells by PLA2.This kind of antigen-antibody combination can activate complement C1q,which can activate classic complement activation pathway,so complement C3b/bi can deposit on the surface of apoptotic cells.Two complement receptor of CR3 and CR4 on the surface of macrophage can combine with C3b/bi and achieve the swallow of apoptotic cells.So natural antibodies take part in the swallow of apoptotic cells and play an important role in avoiding the genesis of antoimmune disease resulting from apoptotic cells.
