NO及其供体与胎儿生长受限的研究

摘要 胎儿生长受限(FGR)是围生期常见的并发症之一,其发病机制复杂,临床上仍然没有很有效的治疗措施。近年来,国内外大量的实验结果研究表明NO在FGR的病理过程中起着重要的作用,根据NO的生物特性及与FGR的关系,临床上正在开始应用NO的供体进行FGR的治疗,并取得了一定的成效。本文就近些年来有关NO及其供体在FGR方面的研究进展进行综述。 Fetal growth restriction (FGR)is one of the most common complication in perinatal period,of which the pathogenesis is complex.and there is still no effective therapy in clinic.Quantity of research results internal and abroad showed that NO plays an important role in the pathological processes of FGR.According to the biological feature of NO and its relationship with FGR,researches about the therapy of FGR using NO donor is being carried out in clinic,which also have achieved some effect.This article reviews NO and its donor about their application in FGR.
