近年来,对非心脏手术围术期、非心脏病伴随的心肌损伤的诊断受到了临床的重视。心肌肌钙蛋白I为肌钙蛋白复合物的主要成分,具有高度特异性和灵敏性,已被作为诊断心肌梗死和心肌损伤的血清标志和"金标准",在对心脏手术、创伤、脓毒血症、休克、化疗等导致心肌损伤的诊断与监测具有重要应用价值。

Recent years the diagnosis of myocardial injury during non-cardiosurgery perioperation or companyed by non-heart diseases is attracting more attention in clinic.Cardiac troponin I （cTnI） is an essential component of troponin complex with its high specificity and sensitivity,which has been considered as a serum marker and ＂Golden Standard＂in diagnosing myocardial infarction and myocardial injury.Besides that it also has high application value in diagnosing and monitoring myocardial injury resulting from cardiosurgery,trauma,pyemia,shock,chemotherapeutics and so on.
