摘要
睡眠障碍是脑卒中患者常见并发症,可对日常活动和生活质量造成不利的影响。脑卒中后睡眠障碍临床表现形式主要有失眠、过度睡眠、日间过度倦睡症。其发生与解剖、神经递质、社会心理等多个因素有关。卒中后睡眠障碍的治疗不单使用中枢神经兴奋药物、镇静药物、抗抑郁药,更需要心理、康复综合治疗。
Sleeping Disturbances is the common complication of stroke which can bring disadvantages to daily activities and quality of life.The manifestation of sleeping disturbance mainly includes insomnia,hypersomnia and excessive daytime sleepiness.The development of this disease is related to many factors including anatomy,neurotransmitter and social psychology.The treatment of this disease not only depends on the usage of stimulants,hypnotics or antidepressants but also depends on general therapy of psychology and rehabilitation.
