儿童消化道结石诊断及治疗的研究进展

Research Progress about Diagnosis and Treatment of Digestive Calculus in Children

消化道结石在小儿外科并不多见,根据结石形成的位置不同,分为胃结石及肠道结石,除进食可形成消化道结石的食物外,可有恶心、呕吐、腹痛或肠梗阻等临床症状,因其临床症状不典型,易被误诊。临床诊断胃结石及肠道结石的方法并不完全一致,治疗原则亦有差别。为提高临床工作的准确性,以近年来发表的文献为基础,总结国内外诊断及治疗消化道结石的最新方法,就消化道结石的症状、诊断及治疗简要综述。

Calculus in digestive duct are uncommon in pediatric surgery,which can be divided into gastric calculus and intestinal calculus according to their location and have some clinical symptom such as nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain or ileus and so on besides the food resulting in digestive calculus.This disease is easily misunderstood because of its atypical symptom.Gastric calculus and intestinal calculum are not same in clinical diagnostic method,so do their therapeutic methods.This article reviews digestive calculus about its lstest diagnostic and therapeutic methods internal and abroad,its symptom,diagnosis and therapy based on thepublished articles in recent years in order to improve accuracy in clinic.
