摘要 为了降低石油抽取过程中的吨油耗电量,给出了一种利用IPR曲线(流入动态曲线)和全自动油井计量装置所采集的实测数据及采用模糊规则来控制抽油机的冲程次数的方法.简略介绍了系统所选用单片机C8051F015的特点,重点阐述了如何利用A/D和485总线采集到的数据,通过运算输出一个合适的值并通过D/A输出控制变频器来达到控制抽油机的冲程次数的目的.实验数据表明了该方法的有效性,最终将把抽油机的冲程次数调节到一个合理的范围,在不影响原油产量的情况下达到节能的目的. To reduce electricity consumption of oil pumping per ton oil, a pumping technique using inflow performance relationship (IPR) and data from auto oil well measurement device by fuzzy rule was developed, The characteristics of MCU C8051F015 were briefly studied, and how to use the sampled data by A/I) and bus 485 and to output a proper result were mainly researched. The result was turned into a D/A signal to control a transducer, and the transducer changed pumping stroke times. The experiment shows that the proposed method is valid, The developed system can adjust pumping stroke time in a reasonable range and save energy.
