核因子-κB在妊娠分娩及妊娠合并症方面的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 核因子-κB（NF-κB）是一种能与免疫球蛋白κ轻链基因的增强子κB序列特异结合的多效性核转录因子。受细胞因子、免疫刺激剂及脂多糖、紫外线等多种刺激后而活化，参与启动并调节机体免疫和炎症反应、凋亡及细胞的增殖分化等相关基因的转录。近年来研究显示，胚胎着床、分娩发动和一些病理妊娠的发生均与NF—κB激活密切相关。现就该方面研究概况综述如下。
