摘要
随着750kV交流、±500kV直流及大机组群的接入,宁夏电网的动态特性更趋复杂。本文旨在提出适合宁夏电网特点的电网实时动态监控系统(WAMS)建设方案,包括:功能实现、硬件结构和软件体系。该系统的实施将为宁夏电网构筑一个基于广域动态信息的安全防御体系,解决宁夏电网在过渡过程中的动态监测、安全评估、预警及调度员辅助决策问题。
The dynamic system characteristic of Ningxia power grid will become more complex with the development of 750kV UHV AC and ±500kV UHV DC. The paper proposed the scheme of the Ningxia Wide Area Measurement System (WAMS) which include system function designing, hardware corrfiguration, software framework. The system will set up a safety defence system base on the dynamic information of WAMS and solve the problems of dynamic monitoring, safety evaluation, warning and dispatcher assistant decision-making for Ningxia power grid.
