针对宁夏马莲台发电厂#1机组在试运期结束后至第一次小修期间,定子冷却水pH指标一直无法达到控制指标,虽采取了加药、换水等处理措施,但仍不理想这一情况,分析了相关影响因素,并经过调研、论证提出改造方案,在小修其间予以了实施,成功地解决了这一重大设备隐患,同时也为内冷水系统的运行积累了一定的经验。

The stator cooling water pH index disaccord with control value from the end of testing operation to the first overhaul at the Unit 1 in Ningxia Maliantai Power Plant. Although adopts various techniques such as drug supply, replacing water and so on, the result change isnot obvious. Based on the instance, analyzes some interrelated factors, puts forward the reconstruct project according to research and demonstration, and earrys out between overhaul, resolves the big equipment trouble successfully, and accumulate proper experience for the running of the water-cooling system.
