摘要
本文针对当前反腐斗争中出现的一些新情况和新问题,剖析和揭示了问题存在的主要原因。认为只有从法制层面入手,才能有效预防和惩治腐败,起到标本兼治的作用。
This paper focused on some new cases and new issues occurred in currently combat of against corruption, and anatomized and revealed the main factor of existing the problems. Deems that only proceed with the law system, then being able to efficiently prevent, punish and treat the corruption, and could bring the function of eradicating it into play.
