资产专用性与东北地区资源型城市产业转型

Asset Specificity and Industrial Transformation in the Northeastern Old Industrial Base

20世纪90年代以来,一些资源型城市产业结构单一、主导产业衰退已经成为一个突出的经济社会问题。而充分认识资源型城市的产业转型受制于资产专用性,是解决东北等老工业基地城市产业转型的前提,有效地解决专用性的物质资产和人力资产的转换是加速东北等老工业基地产业转型的基本取向。

The paper is to analyze the industrial transformation of the resource - based urban within the context of northeastern traditional industrial base in terms of asset specificity. Based on generation of asset specificity,we show that asset specificity has a great effect on the industrial transition. Because of the existence of asset specificity, in principle we provide the solutions to the asset specificity problems ,that is, reduce the degree of asset specificity.
