摘要 针对企业现有生产图纸管理体系中管理和监控方面存在的管理手段落后、监督不力等问题,提出了基于指纹识别技术的Web生产图纸管理系统解决方案。研究了制造型企业的生产信息流程,给出了由指纹识别系统和图纸管理系统组成的模块化设计方案。通过嵌入生产图纸中的指纹信息进行流程监控,描述了系统中指纹识别技术的主要功能及具体实现方式,并实现了网络考勤。最后通过一个转包企业生产图纸管理系统实例,验证了系统提高企业生产监控能力的显著作用。 Aiming at the behindhand management and ineffective supervision existing in production manage- ment and production supervision, it proposes a web production drawings management system solution based onfingerprint recognition technology, It describes the modularized system design framework integrating finger-print recognition and drawings management system according to the production information flow, illustratesthe main function and its realization of fingerprint recognition technology. The system can monitor the pro-duction information flow with the fingerprint information embedded in the production drawing. It evaluates the proposed solution by the application of the web production drawings management system. The result shows that the system can improve the production monitoring capability distinctly.
