两种水分条件下冬小麦籽粒部分微营养含量及其基因型差异研究 被引量:11

摘要 为了解小麦籽粒微量元素含量的基因型差异及其对水分条件的反应,本试验在春浇2水和春不浇水2种条件下对33个小麦基因型材料籽粒部分微量元素进行了测定分析。结果表明,籽粒铁、锌、锰、铜、碘含量存在显著的基因型差异,水分处理对这些微营养成分的影响效应也因基因型而异。籽粒铁、锌、铜含量之间存在明显正相关性,而微量元素含量与粒重和产量的关系则因元素类型和水分条件而异。通过对不同基因型铁、锌含量的比较分析,筛选出几个高铁高锌基因型材料(如刘春1号)。 For konwing content of the micro-element of different genotype wheat grain and reaction to water condition,The experiment analyzed 33 variety wheat grain part micro-element content in no irrigation and irrigation two water condition. The result shows : different genotype wheat seed Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu, I content have evidence difference, water treatment also has different effect on micronutriton content owing to genotypes diversity. Grain Fe, Zn, Cu content has evidence positive relativity each other, but reaction of microelement content and grain weight and yield are different connection because of element type and water condition. Had screened out several high Fe and high Zn genotype material( such as LiuChun 1 ), by comparing analyse to different genotype Fe and Zn content.
