摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定苯醚甲环唑的含量。确定分析条件为:色谱柱150mm×4.6mm(i.d.)不锈钢柱,内装Eclipse DXB-C18填充(粒径5μm);以乙腈-水(体积比62∶38)溶液为流动相,检测波长230nm,流速1.0mL/min。该方法的线性相关系数为0.9995,变异系数为0.59%,相对标准偏差为0.0942,平均回收率为99.91%。
A reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography method was developed for the determination of difenoconazole. Analytical conditions involved use of a Eclipse DXB-CI8 column(150 mm x 4.6 mm), 5 lam with a mobile phase of 68% ACN and 38% water (by vol) and a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Wavelength of the UV detector was 230 nm. The linear correlation coefficient for the method was 0.9995, the variation coffricient was 0.59%, the standard deviation was 0.0942 and the recovery rate was 99.91%.
