摘要
建立了在同一液相色谱条件下测定混剂中杀扑磷和毒死蜱含量的方法。本方法采用XTerraRP18柱,用甲醇-乙腈-水溶液(体积比63∶15∶22)为流动相,在检测波长230nm下,外标法对试样中的杀扑磷和毒死蜱进行定量分析。分析结果表明,杀扑磷和毒死蜱的线性相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9999;标准偏差分别为0.032和0.048;变异系数分别为0.32%和0.48%;平均回收率分别为98.67%和98.73%。
A HPLC method was developed for the determination of methidathion and chlorpyrifos EC, The HPLC conditions were XTerra RP18 column, methanol- acetonitrile-water=63：15：22 （by vol） as mobile phase, and UV detection at 230 nm, The results showed that the variation coefficients of methidathion and chlorpyrifos were 0,32 and 0.48%. The standard deviations were 0,032 and 0,048, The average recoveries were 98,67 and 98,73%. The linear correlations were 0.9998 and 0.9999. respectively,
