摘要
以环庚并呋喃-2-酮-3-羧酸酯为初始原料,在分子筛的催化作用下,与丙酮、二乙胺进行[8+2]环化加成,制得2-甲基薁-1-羧酸甲酯,采用100%磷酸进行脱羧反应,以92%收率得到2-甲基薁。所合成化合物的结构经核磁共振、红外光谱及元素分析数据证实。
Methyl 2-methyl azulene-1-carboxylate was obtained via [8+2]cycloaddition reaction of the methyl 2H-cyclohepta[b]furan-2-one-3-carboxylate with acetone and ethylene diamine in the presence of molecular sieves,which by heating methyl 2-methyl azulene-1-carboxylate in 100% phosphoric acid could produce 2-methyl azulene in 92% yield.All the compounds were fully characterized by ^1HNMR,IR spectra and elemental analysis.
