摘要 对甲基丙烯酸与三氯化磷反应制备标题化合物的方法作了改进,简化了反应操作,缩短了反应时间,产率约78%。最佳反应条件:氯化亚铜为阻聚剂,反应温度为体系沸点,反应时间为70min,甲基丙烯酸与三氯化磷的进料比为2.9。  Methacryloyl chloride is widely used as an intermediate in the organic synthesis.The synthetic method using the reaction of methacrylic acid and phosphorus trichloride was improved to simplify the experimental operation and shorten the reaction time,while maintaining a high yield(78%).The effects of temperature,time,feed ratio,etc on the product yield were explored.Results showed that the optimal conditions of reaction were as follows:with cuprous chloride used as the polymerization inhibitor,the reaction temperature was maintained at the boiling point of the system for 70 min of reaction time at a feed ratio of 2.9(the ratio of methacrylic acid to phosphorus trichloride).
