摘要
针对16Mn中板轧制过程中存在的轧制负荷不均衡现象,通过模拟轧制实验得出变形抗力与变形程度、变形速度、变形温度间的关系。在此基础上,根据现场生产实际情况,建立了一套符合实际生产的轧机负荷计算模型;利用动态规划法对现场压下规程进行负荷均衡优化,编制出轧制负荷计算和优化软件并给出负荷均衡的压下规程,为16Mn中板轧制提供更合理的轧制制度。
Against the inhomogeneous load existing in rolling of 16 Mn medium plate the simulating rolling test is done to get the relations between resistance to deformation and deformation extent, speed and temperature. Based on that according to the actual production a set of calculating model for rolling load is worked out, which optimizes the load homogeneity for site draft schedule by means of dynamic programming, gives out the load calculation and optimization software, and offers the draft schedule, supplies more reasonable rolling system for 16 Mn medium plate.
