Technical Report of Experiment onIntroduced Breeding of Siberian Sturgeon

为调整养殖品种结构,提高养鱼的经济效益,探讨能适合本地区的新的名优养殖品种和途径,以提高资源利用效率和生产者的经济效益,利用原有养殖虹鳟鱼的水源及饲养池开展西伯利亚鲟鱼的引种养殖试验,获得了理想的效果。经过10个月的饲养获得平均规格700g以上的成鱼4万kg,13.3kg/m^2的好成绩。为今后在本地区推广鲟鱼养殖奠定了技术基础和理论依据。

This project is based on the present situation of local fish breeding, especially, the real situation that the benefit of rainbow trout breeding in the pond with fluid water is low. We did this experiment which introduced Siberian sturgeon and bred them in the pond and with the water used for rainbow trout to test if the new species can adapt to the local conditions and if this way can enhance the efficiency of fishery resources use and the economical benefit of the fisheries keepers. This experiment has reached the ideal effect. After ten -month experiment, we have gained 40 thousand kilogram adult fish; the average weight of each is above 700 g. The yield of each square meter is 13.3 kg. This project has established the technical base and theoretic basis for breeding Siberian sturgeon in the local area.
