摘要
以哲罗鱼为试验对象,研究甲醛、拜净、硫酸铜和氯化钠对其急性毒性试验,求出半数致死浓度和安全浓度。研究结果表明哲罗鱼对于4种药物的敏感性为:硫酸铜>拜净>甲醛>氯化钠,安全浓度为硫酸铜0.21mg/L、拜净0.47mg/L、甲醛19.30mg/L、氯化钠2182.88mg/L,甲醛、氯化钠是哲罗鱼较好的日常病害防治药物。
The acute toxicity of formaldehyde, Bai -Jing, copper sulfate and sodium chloride to hucho taimen were researched. Median lethal concentration （LCSO） and the safe concentration were calculated in this paper. The result indicated that the sensitivity of the hucho taimen to the four drugs was： copper sulfate 〉 Bai - Jing 〉 formaldehyde 〉 sodium chloride, the safe concentration were 0. 21mg/L, 0. 47mg/L, 19.3mg/L, 2182.88mg/L respectively, and the common disorder prevention and cure medicine were formaldehyde and sodium chloride.
