摘要
试验结果表明:消毒剂对细鳞鱼鱼种的毒性依次为硫酸铜>食盐>福尔马林。硫酸铜对细鳞鱼鱼种24h的LC_(50)为1.07 mg/L,食盐24h和48h的LC_(50)为13.06 mg/L、11.64 mg/L,福尔马林24h和48h的LC_(50)为20.71mg/L、17.13mg/L。
Acute toxicity of several disinfectants to the juvenile of lenok Brachymystax Lenok was determined. It was found that the acute toxicity of disinfectants to lenok juveniles in a descent order ranged as CuSO4 〉 NaCL 〉 formalin. The 24 h LC50 of CuSO4 is 1.07 mg/L; the 24h and 48h LC50 of NaCL is 13.06 mg/L.11.64 mg/L, respectively; the 24h and 48h LCSO of formalin is 20.71mg/L.17.13mg/L, respectively.
