The New Concept of "People First" and Student Affairs

随着高等教育的大众化发展,传统的高校学生管理工作面临着许多新情况和新问题,本文分析了当前高校学生管理中存在的问题,提出了以人为本的管理理念,积极探索了实现学生管理以人为本新理念的途径和方式。

With the fast development of college education, traditional ways of managing students＇ affairs is confronting increasing new problems. This paper analyzes some common problems in students＇ work and proposed a few measures in a time that gives priority to ＂People First＂.
