Bush＇s unilateralism is deeply rooted in American cultural tradition. It＇ s derived from American individualism, developed from the idea of American Mission, intensified by American Puritan custom and racial superiority of White America, accomplished by American-Manichaean tradition. Unilateralism is always one of the pursuing goals of American ruling class, and also one of the deepest cultural accumulations in American history. So no matter who will be the President of the United States, unilateralism will be the most conspicuous style of American foreign policy before the decline of hegemonism in the United States.
