孙中山五权宪法思想研究述评

A Summary of China's Mainland’s Studies on Sun Yat-sen’s Five-power Constitution

近50多年来大陆对孙中山五权宪法思想的研究,除了"文革"期间的停滞,总体上是进步的。"文革"前对孙中山五权宪法思想的分析与评价,是以中国共产党关于中国民主革命的基本观点作为准绳,运用马克思主义的唯物史观,着重论述五权宪法的阶级属性与历史意义。中共十一届三中全会以来,对孙中山五权宪法思想的研究不再局限于中国革命史的范畴,通过转换视角、拓展范围、尝试新方法,深化与细化了以往的研究,并提出了新的观点。但不少论著只是重复前人成果,对有关五权宪法思想的史料与史实的研究仍重视不够,若干重要问题还有待深入。

China's Mainland＇s studies on Sun Yat-sen＇s five-power constitution was progressive during the past fifty years except the ＂Cultural Revolution＂ period, Before the ＂Cultural Revolution＂, on the basis of the Communist Party of China＇s standpoints on Chinese democratic revolution, scholars utilized Marxist historical materialism to analyze and comment on Sun Yat-sen＇s five-power constitution focusing on its class attribute and historical significance, Since the 3rd Plenary Session of the llth Central Committee of the Communist Party, studies on the five-power constitution are no longer confined to Chinese revolutionary history category, by transferring perspective, expanding subject scope, and trying new methods, some previous conclusions are detailed or deepened, and new viewpoints are proposed, But mean- while some so-called researches are just repetitions of the predecessors＇s works, historical resources and facts of Sun Yat-sen＇s thinking about five-power constitution are still ignored, and some important issues have not been resolved.
