Research on the Supply of the Ethnic Compulsory Education in the Western Countryside of China

民族义务教育属于纯公共产品,其有效供给有利于教育资源得以合理配置,促进少数民族教育的发展,有利于推进少数民族地区教育反贫困,有利于民族地区和谐社会建设。政府应增加财政投入,改革和完善义务教育产品供给制度,引入少数民族的意志表示,提高民族义务教育产品的使用效率,以解决诸如供给不足、制度安排缺陷、供给差距大、使用效率低等供给中存在的问题。

The ethnic compulsory education, with its public goods attributes,is helpful for distributing rationally the educational resource, promoting the development of education for ethnic minorities, advancing education anti- poverty and harmonious social construction in ethnic minority areas. In order to solve the problems such as supply shortage, the defects of institutional arrangement, the supply discrepancies and the supply inefficiency, it is necessary to increase the finance investment, reform and consummate compulsory education institutional supply, adopt the will of ethnic minorities, and raise the efficiency of the supply of the ethnic compulsory education.
