摘要
香椿芽采收后在常温、高相对湿度和大气条件下约2天,叶片开始脱落,5天时脱落率高达98%;叶片脱落时呼吸速率和C2H4释放量明显增加;低温可明显抑制脱落;高相对湿度则有促进作用;在塑料薄膜包装限气贮藏条件下,低O2。
Young shoots of Chinese toon were harvested and held under the conditions with different temperature,humidity and atmosphere composition. The results indicated that leaf abscission occured at 2 or 3 days after harvest,then it increased to 50%~98% after 5 days when kept at ambient temperature,high relative humidity and in open air. Leaf respiration and ethylene release rates markedly increassd with leaf abscission. The leaf abscission could be inhibited by decreasing tempeature,and promoted by high humidity. Decreasing O 2,increasing CO 2 and removing C 2H 4 in PE bag inhibited the leaf abscission.
