The Research on Knowledge Management of Library from the Perspective of Subjects

通过对图书情报方面文献分析后,梳理出目前国内图书馆知识管理研究的发展方向,提出建立采访信息来源中心、读者需求与用户管理中心、员工管理与继续教育中心、文献开发利用中心、馆际合作中心的图书馆知识管理实施方案。

Based on the analyses of information science, the present paper figures out the development orientation in knowledge management of library in China, and makes the project of establishing the center of the source of interview information, the center of the needs of readers and management of users, the center of faculty management and substantial education, the center of development and research of literature, and the center of co-operation between libraries.
