摘要
基于重视高层次人才引进、人事管理制度改革等特殊背景,高校图书馆工作人员出现了专业化倾向越来越强和非专业人员越来越多的合规律与反规律并存的特有状况,并由此带来了高校图书馆管理中"短板"制肘整体的尴尬。吸纳人力资源管理理论的精髓,在高校图书馆实施战略、分类、思想、软性、非理性、和谐等管理,是提升工作人员整体素质、促进高校图书馆全面发展的有效措施。
With the introduction of high talents and the background of the systematic reform of personnel, professional tendencies are becoming stronger and stronger and more and more co-existences of regularities and irregularities are appearing in libraries, which lead to the awkwardness of "A chain is no strorger than its weakest link" . Grasping the essence of the management theory of the human resources is the effective measurement to raise the quality of the librarians, and to promote the all-round development in libraries. It is necessary for libraries to carry out the strategic, classified, ideological, flexible, irrational and harmonious management.
