摘要
情报分析过程是一项复杂的认知心理过程。文章对情报分析过程中分析人员与用户的认知心理差异、情报分析团队人员的认知心理差异及情报源对其的影响的心理活动进行了分析。提出只有加强情报分析人员的心理素质的培养,才能为用户决策、管理、科学研究提供正确的分析报告。
literature analysis is a complicated cognitive psychology process. The article makes a study of the psychological differences between librarians and users, the inter discrepancies of the librarians engaging in literature analysis in cognition, and influences of information resources on the librarians concerned. The author of this article believes that only strengthening the cultivation of psychological quality of the librarians engaging in literature analysis, can they provide correct analytical reports in decision-making, management, and scientific researches for the users.
