高效液相色谱法分析20.0%卞·乙稻田除草剂

Separation and Determination of Bensulfuron,Acetochlor in Herbicide by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 研究了反相高效液相色谱法定量分析20.0%卞黄隆和乙草胺二元混配稻田除草剂有效成分的方法。色谱条件:迪马C18柱(250×4.6mm,5μm,),流动相为甲醇/水(90∶10,V/V),λ=230nm,流速:1mL/min;线性相关系数为0.9999,外标法定量。卞黄隆和乙草胺的平均回收率分别为99.29%,100.24%(RSD<0.75%)。结果表明该法简便、快速、精密、准确,可以为20.0%卞.乙稻田除草剂质量标准的制定提供科学依据。 A method for the direct determination of bensulfuron, acetochlor in the composite herbicide by HPLC has been described. DIKMA- Diamonsil C18 column (250 ×4.6mm,5μ m)was used with the mobile phase of methanol and water(80: 20,V/V), the wavelength was at 230nm, and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. Linear regression coefficient was 0. 9999, Quantification was carried out with the two external standards. The average recovery was 99.29% with RSD = 0.71% for bensulfuron, 100.24% with RSD = 0.73% for. acetochlor . The method was accurate, rapid, and reproducible and can be used for the quality control for 20% bensulfuron&acetochlor composite herbicide.
