文章主要通过文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、数据统计等方法对云南基层体育行政部门的经费问题进行研究,指出当前云南基层体育行政部门经费匮乏的现状,分析这种现象产生的原因,并针对当前的实际情况提出了若干关于解决基层体育行政部门经费问题的建议。
