摘要
首次报道了分别使用水热法的KTP对Nd∶YVO4晶体倍频绿光的对比研究。通过分析和计算水热法KTP倍频效率与温度的关系可知,在实验中,当抽运功率为6.11 W时,水热法KTP倍频的Nd∶YVO4激光器输出绿光功率为0.927 W,光-光转换效率为15.2%,并分析了转换效率不同以及偏低的原因。从实验结果中,得到水热法KTP晶体的一些性能,为以后的研究提供一些参考。
The study of green laser with LD-pumped Nd∶YVO4 crystal hydrothermal grown KTP intracavity frequency doubling is first reported in the paper.By analyzing and computing the relation of doubled efficiency and temperature of hydrothermal KTP,with 6.11 W pumped power,the output power of TEM00 mode green laser at 532 nm is 0.927 W,and the light-light conversion efficiency is 15.2%,The causes for the different and low conversion efficiency are analyzed.From the result of the experiment,some different performances of hydrothermal KTP have been gotten,these results can offer some references to further researches.
