摘要
半波电压是表征电光调制时电压对相位差影响大小的一个非常重要的物理量。根据其物理意义,介绍了三种测量方法:光通信模拟法、极值测量法、倍频调制法。具体介绍三种方法的测量原理和操作过程,把测量值与理论值进行比较,并对三种方法的测量结果进行对比讨论。最后介绍了电光开关的一种应用。
Half-wave voltage is an important physical quantity which is the token of the influences of voltage up on the phasic difference.According to physical signification,three metrical methods are introduced: optical communication stimulant method,extremal measure method and frequency doubling modulation method.The metrical theory and operational process are introduced concretely.Comparison between the metrical value and theoretic value is carried out,and the measuring results by the three methods are stulied.Finally the application of anelectro-optic switch is introduced.
