通过对农业科技的发展历史及其在粮食生产中所起的作用和影响的分析表明，粮食生产的每一次新的跨越都离不开农业科学技术的进步。针对新的历史时期粮食生产面临的形势和任务，提出了进一步发展农业科技的建议。

It has been found that every leap in food production cannot be achieved without the progress of agricultural science and technology after the analysis of the roles and effects of it on food production is conducted in its developing history. Based on the current situation and tasks of food production, the suggestions have been put forward to further develop agricultural science and technology in order that it could shoulder the important tasks of increasing food production better in the new period.
