摘要
GB028S是辽宁省盐碱地利用研究所采用系谱法与混合法相结合选育的起点温度低(21~22℃)、光敏温度范围宽(21~28℃)、安全不育期长(在辽宁为25d)、繁殖和制种产量高,杂种优势强的粳型光敏核不育系。该不育系在选育地的育性转换日长为14.0h,自然长光条件下,花粉败育率为100%,自交不实率为100%,在海南自然短光下繁殖,自交结实率达40%~50%。在选育地制种,异交结实率在30%以上。各项技术指标均达到或超过“863”两系专题规定的鉴定标准。1996年8月通过辽宁省科委组织的技术鉴定。
GB028S, developed by Liaoning Research Institute for Utilization of Saline and Alkaline Soil through the method combining pedigree selection with mass selection, is a japonica photoperiod-sensitive genic male sterile (PGMS) line with the characteristics of low critical sterility inducing temperature (21~22℃), wide photoperiod-sensitive temperature range (21~28℃), long safe sterile period (25 d in Liaoning), high multiplication and seed production yield and strong heterosis in hybrids. Its critical daylength for fertility alteration is 14.0 h. Under natural long daylength conditions, it is completely sterile in both pollen and spikelet sterility; while under short daylength conditions in Hainan, it is partially fertile with a selfed seed set of 40%~50%. It was certified technically in Liaoning Province in August,1996.
